Lucy Wood
Director & Founder
Lucy is a Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Planner and Full Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals. Her 20+ years’ experience includes senior roles at highly regarded planning and environmental consultancies.
Known for her energy, authenticity and commercial approach, Lucy provides robust environmental planning and sustainability advice for complex projects. She builds trust with stakeholders by applying her deep technical expertise through her honest and enthusiastic communication style.
Lucy is a seasoned public speaker and enjoys industry debate. She is passionate about supporting and inspiring young people to develop their interests in the environment and sustainability.
A keen musician and singer, Lucy also enjoys being active, a good pudding and a glass of champagne!
Rhiannon Smith
Director & Founder
Rhiannon has a passion for developing commercially viable and future focused net zero strategies and is recognised for her ability to navigate fast changing regulation and policy. With 13 years' experience and a background in building physics, Rhiannon translates complex technical requirements into strategies that futureproof developments and organisational objectives.
Known for her collaborative and solutions focused approach, Rhiannon brings a combination of detailed technical capability and strategic insight. She delivers coordinated sustainability outcomes that drive resilience, innovation, and long term value.
Rhiannon has a love of skiing, running, muddy walks in the countryside and most importantly, champagne!
